Orders
How quickly are orders processed?
All orders will ship out within 3-4 business days after they are placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can make changes or cancellations to your order as long as it's before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped we're no longer able to cancel or make changes. To change or cancel your order please email us at hello@ignitedvirtue.com
I didn't receive an order confirmation email, does that mean my order didn't go through?
Not necessarily, first we'd ask for you to check your spam folder. Then please verify that the email you used is correct. If your email is incorrect or you still aren't seeing your confirmation please email us at hello@ignitedvirtue.com and we'll double check your order and resend your confirmation.
Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
All orders will ship within 3-4 business days from our headquarters in Michigan after they are placed.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $50. Orders purchased with our free shipping option will be shipped by USPS or UPS ground. If you'd like faster shipping or are ordering less than $50, you will see your shipping options at check out.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship within the U.S. but we are quickly working to offer worldwide shipping options! Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook as we'll be making the announcement there as soon as we're able to ship worldwide.
When will my order arrive?
Most U.S. orders will arrive by USPS within 2-5 business days depending on your location. If you selected expedited shipping at checkout you should see the estimated arrival for your item at that time.
PLEASE NOTE: All shipping couriers are experiencing delays due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and holiday surge. When you are selecting your shipping option at check-out we ask that you keep in mind that orders may take longer to arrive than normal.
Can I track my order?
All orders will receive a courier tracking number via email once they are shipped. Please keep an eye out for the arrival of your package especially during the holiday season to avoid theft or loss.
I didn't get my order, what do I do?
Once we have shipped your order, the shipping courier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and all inquiries must be directed to them. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns. Please review our Sizing Guide carefully to find the right fit before you place your order.
There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?
If you receive an item that is defective (print is incorrect, item is damaged, wrong shirt color, etc.), please contact us at hello@ignitedvirtue.com within seven (7) days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
Clothing
Where is your clothing made?
All of our clothing is designed and printed in the United States.
Most of our products are dyed and cut in Los Angeles, California and all of our clothing is sewn in WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Certified Production) certified facilities in the U.S. and South America. For additional information head to our About page to learn more about our responsible manufacturing practices.
What size should I order?
Please check out our Sizing Guide for all of the details on choosing the right size including specific measurements and tips from our team.

How do I care for my clothing?
We recommend turning all clothing inside out and washing on cold and drying on low to keep your Ignited Virtue pieces looking and fitting great! We also recommend:
1. Wash clothing with similar colors
2. Never use bleach
3. Do not iron on the printed graphics

Yes, we LOVE to get feedback from our customers and your information helps us to improve. We do ask that when leaving a review you are respectful. We maintain the right to remove any reviews that include profanity, rude commentary, or disrespectful/unnecessary comments. If you're reviewing a product, please refrain from reviewing shipping issues.
